The history of skiing in Vorarlberg goes back about 130 years.
The focus of the permanent exhibition of the ski museum is on three areas. Starting from the beginnings of skiing in Scandinavia, significant skiing pioneers from Vorarlberg are presented. A second focus is on ski production, which was initially in the hands of cooperatives. That Vorarlberg is a country with a great racing tradition is proven by the long list of medals won by racers at the Olympic Winter Games and World Ski Championships. All these successful athletes are represented in the exhibition with objects.
On the 2nd floor, there is currently a special exhibition on the topic: "75 Years of HEAD & Hubertus Hohenlohe"
