3 p.m.: Gentle yoga session
In this hour, your body will engage in soothing movements with the help of gentle yoga exercises, and your mind will find calm through conscious focus on breathing.
4 p.m.: Hatha yoga according to the principles of spiral dynamics
With the help of strengthening body exercises, various breathing and relaxation techniques, tensions can be released and stress can be reduced.
5 p.m.: Muscle relaxation according to Thomas Hanna
Meditative walking is a form of movement meditation where the pace is secondary, and the focus is on conscious breathing, body awareness, and mindfulness. (In case of bad weather, a meditation session will take place in the meditation room.)
