3 PM: Yoga for a Flexible and Healthy Spine
A gentle yoga session that enhances body awareness and harmoniously strengthens the back, abdominal, and pelvic floor muscles. Ideal for relaxation and supporting a healthy posture.

4 PM:  Hatha Yoga based on the Principles of Spiral Dynamics
Strengthening exercises as well as breathing and relaxation techniques help to relieve tension and reduce stress. The spiral alignment of the body is integrated into the yoga postures, promoting stability and mobility.

 5 PM: Muscle Relaxation according to Thomas Hanna
Mindful movements enhance body awareness and release deeply rooted tension patterns. The muscles rediscover ease and well-being – also ideal for alleviating the body after sports.
