A glimpse behind the scenes of a farm
Experience a special winter afternoon at Wießfläckahof in Fontanella. The farm is located at an elevation of 1,200 meters in the Biosphere Park Großes Walsertal. Every Thursday, you will be shown how a mountain farm operates during an informative tour. You will learn about the daily tasks involved, how the animals are cared for, and the significance of agriculture for our region. Of course, there is also the opportunity to experience the animals up close and ask exciting questions.
An authentic insight for young and old – educational, cozy, and right in the winter landscape of the Großes Walsertal.
Participation costs 5 euros, which can then be used as a voucher for a purchase in the farm shop; registration by 5:00 PM the day before at the tourism office is required.

– By bus line 570 to the village center of Fontanella, from there it is about 45 minutes on foot to the farm.
– By car – parking available at the farm.
