Jewish Museum, Hohenems

The Jewish Museum Hohenems commemorates the Jewish community of Hohenems and its diverse contributions to the development of Vorarlberg and the Alpine region. It tells an exemplary story of the diaspora. And it deals with the Jewish present in Europe, with questions of coexistence and migration. In between stands the end of the Jewish community of Hohenems, marked by the regional Nazi history, anti-Semitism, expulsion and deportation.
