Guided hike

Hike together with Verena Bischof to a mountain pasture and a young cattle pasture. Learn about the differences between these pastures, interesting facts about cheese production, and the labor-intensive life on the mountain pasture filled with love and passion. Experience an unforgettable hike through self-produced products like milk, buttermilk, yogurt, butter, sausage, traditional mountain cheese, the magnificent view of the mountains, and Verena's herbal knowledge.
