Bad Rothenbrunnen, Sonntag-Buchboden

It all started with a shepherd's Marian apparition while bathing his injured foot in the spring and getting well. Soon after, they built a bathhouse. Today, the Bad Rothenbrunnen is a popular destination in the middle of the Biosphärenpark Grosses Walsertal. The inn can be reached on routes of varying difficulty and is a good bad weather alternative.
