They are ideally suited for a maximum of one to two people, whether as an affordable option or as a practical additional room. The amenities include shower/WC, TV, hairdryer, safe, a small table with two chairs, wardrobe, closet, and storage space. Everything you need is there, without unnecessary luxury. The individually designed furniture was personally crafted by the host and gives the room a personal, authentic touch. No room is alike – with us, you stay with character instead of standard. Please note: There is no elevator in the building.

Double Room Category C – our Comfort Room with Balcony
These spacious double rooms (approximately 25 m²) are located in a sunny position and all feature their own balcony. They are ideal for taking a breath and relaxing. They accommodate two people and, thanks to an additional sofa bed, are also well-suited as a triple room for two adults and a child up to twelve years old. Amenities include a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hairdryer, a TV, a safe, seating, a wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. The furnishings are individually designed with attention to detail. They reflect the signature of the host, as the furniture was personally crafted by him. No room is alike – each has its own character. In total, five of these rooms are available, distributed across the first to third floors. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

These two cozy double rooms (approximately 25 m² each) are located in a sunny south-facing position on the ground floor and offer direct access to the courtyard. They are therefore ideal for anyone who prefers ground-level living.

Thanks to the additional sofa bed, they are perfect for small families with two adults and one child up to twelve years old. The facilities include a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hairdryer, a TV, a safe, a seating area, a wardrobe, and storage space. The furniture was personally crafted by the owner and adds a special touch to the room. Each room is individually decorated with warm wood and loving details, giving it its own character – with us, you will stay with style and personality instead of standard. Both units are located on the ground floor.

Family Room

Our two family rooms in category D have been specially designed for families with two children aged 0-12 years. With around 30 m² of living space, they offer plenty of room for quality time together while also providing retreats for both adults and children.

Two separate sleeping areas ensure privacy: The smaller children's room is a separate space with a bunk bed, shelving, and its own TV – functional, compact, and child-friendly. The parents' area also includes a TV and a safe.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bath and a hairdryer, while the toilet is separately placed – practical for family life. Depending on availability, the room is located on the 1st floor with a balcony in a sunny south-facing position or on the ground floor with direct access to the outdoors, also facing south. Individually crafted furniture by the homeowner and loving details create a homely atmosphere. A true temporary home with character instead of standard.

Our 42 m² large holiday apartment UGA-TAL accommodates 2 to 5 people and is ideal for families with children.

It features two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Both rooms are equipped with a TV.

The entrance area is spacious and offers ample wardrobe space.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and the toilet is separately located.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances from Miele and Siemens: induction stove, oven with microwave function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, grill pan, and hand mixer.

From the kitchen area, you access the parents' bedroom with a wardrobe, desk, and access to a small terrace. Ideal for relaxed holiday days with comfort. The accommodation is located on the first floor.

Our approximately 50 m² large apartment UGA-BERG is located on the 3rd floor. It accommodates two to a maximum of five people and impresses with clear design, as much natural light as possible, and a sunny balcony. Two separate bedrooms ensure comfort: one is equipped with a double bed and a couch, the other with two single beds. Both rooms have their own TV. The entrance area is spacious and offers ample coat space. From here, you can access both bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and sink, and the separate WC.
